Come on in guys!
Welcome to your first Immunity Challenge!
This challenge is called...
Blind Mice
And here is how it works...
As a tribe, you will need to navigate yourself through a maze with invisible walls. These walls will have been placed by the opposing tribe.
We will send each tribe an empty grid for you to place 20 invisible walls for the opposing tribe. When placing the walls for the opposing tribe, you can place them anywhere you want, but you must provide your opponents with a path to their exit, you cannot totally block it off. You will also choose where the entrance and exit points for the opposing tribes are. These will be clearly labeled for the other tribe.
When the challenge begins you will see a blank grid, the walls will be hidden. Everyone then will put blindfolds on, and one at a time each player will move across the maze navigating their way to the end; you may take your blindfold off when it is your time to move about the maze. You may only move horizontally and vertically, you cannot move diagonally.
You will each go one at a time. If at any point a player hits a hidden wall, their turn will end and will need to return to the start of the maze and the end of the line.
For example, if Production were a tribe and Ricky goes first followed by Benji, Carlos, and then Jay, if Ricky goes one UP, one LEFT, and then hits a wall when trying to go UP again, Ricky would have to go back to the beginning, put his blindfold back on, and would not go again until Benji, Carlos and Jay go.
Your goal is to have all tribe members successfully reach the end in the fewest amount of moves. Once all of your tribe members have reached the end you will lock in your final score.
It will be up to you all to remember where the hidden walls are on the board. You will not be able to communicate in any way during this challenge when you are not the person navigating the maze. You will need to keep your hands visible and the blindfold over your eyes when it is not your turn. You cannot write anything down.
You have until tomorrow at 7pm EST to lock in what your maze for the opposing tribe will look like and to set up a time to compete.
The winning tribe will be the tribe that gets all of its players to the exit in the least amount of moves. If there is a tie in amount of moves it took each tribe to get to the end, then the tribe with
the fastest time will win.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask production.
Additionally, the member of the each tribe that makes the least amount of moves from beginning to end will win a Fire Token.
*Players may not write anything down and shall have their eyes covered when they are not competing.
*Players must be on camera at all times.
*William is sitting out for Unguja. He cannot help with any part of the challenge, including strategizing.
*Production will not answer any questions once the challenge begins.
*You cannot have any outside help while you are competing.
*Any bets placed on this challenge need to be placed before the first tribe competes.
*Any bets placed on this challenge will have a payout of 1:1 and the betting line is 5.
